PushNotifiMe (“PushNotifiMe”, “we”, “us”) operates the website and services at pushnotifi.me and related domains, including our API and client applications (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the Service. “Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name or email address. Use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Use where applicable.
Account and login. When you create an account, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address (used as your login identifier), and a password (stored using strong one-way hashing—we do not store your password in plain text).

Closing your account from the Service. Signed-in users may start account closure from the dashboard: Delete account. You can also request deletion by contacting us. We will verify your request where appropriate (for example, by asking you to confirm your password or sign-in).
What happens when your account is closed. We mark your account as closed in our systems (a “soft” delete): your session ends and you cannot sign in to that account again. If you later use PushNotifiMe, you will need to create a new account, register your devices again, and obtain a new subscriber user key. You must reconfigure any software, APIs, or integrations that relied on the previous key.
Retention after closure. To reduce spam, abuse, and account takeover risk, we retain closed account records in a deactivated state for 30 days before we permanently remove them from our active systems in the ordinary course. During that 30-day period, the same email address used for the closed account cannot be used to open a new PushNotifiMe account. Some data may persist longer where the law requires, for security or dispute resolution, or in encrypted backups that expire on a rolling schedule. Aggregated or de-identified data may also be retained where it no longer identifies you.
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps consistent with applicable law to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Service.
